This unique pre-owned perfume bottle has a wonderful ribbed design around the outer border and features a previous owner's initials (C.M.J) etched onto both sides, though this can be polished off if preferred.

Modern perfumery began in the late 19th century with the commercial synthesis of aroma compounds such as vanillin or coumarin, which allowed for the composition of perfumes with smells previously unattainable solely from natural aromatics alone.

It is a wonderful piece and the top unscrews smoothly so you can add your own scent to the bottle.
