A pretty antique Victorian bar brooch from the late 19^th Century featuring a heart in the centre decorated with gleaming pearls and a collection of blue turquoise which take the form of a forget me not in the centre.

Hearts and forget me nots have long been used together to symbolise love and devotion. This is further emphasised by a love knot on top, representing everlasting love that is unbreakable and forever entwined.

The gallery has a wonderful, open-work design with delicate scrolls crafted in 9ct gold. It would make a perfect gift for a loved one and carries a lovely, romantic sentiment that has endured over the centuries.
