A fabulous antique French necklace from the late 19^th Century made up of fancy, open-work links with scrolling metalwork in the centre, interspersed with ten rose quartz beads with a soft, baby-pink hue.

Rose Quartz, also known as Hyaline Quartz is a stone of femininity and unconditional love. It’s long been associated with the heart due to its soft pink colouring that was believed to bring love, harmony and compassion to all around it.

The links are fashioned in silver, gilded in yellow gold and fitted with ring clasp at the end. It’s a gorgeous, feminine piece and all in excellent condition.
