An exquisite antique Georgian brooch consisting of three flowers and three droppers, modelled in 18ct gold with luxurious flat cut garnets set across the front. They have a desirable deep red wine hue and weigh between 0.10 – 2.5ct each. 

Garnet is the birthstone of January and has been desired throughout history for its strength and blazing crimson-red or cherry-pink flame that glows beneath its dark exterior. It’s considered a stone of the heart and is symbolic of passion and enduring love. 

The piece dates to the early 19^th Century and has been beautifully preserved. It’s all original but has been fitted with a new locking catch over time to hold it secure.
