ANTIQUE VICTORIAN SCOTTISH AGATE BRACELET SILVER CIRCA 1880
This magnificent Victorian Scottish Silver and Agate bracelet is Circa 1880.
Scottish jewellery was made popular by Queen Victoria as it became a souvenir of her frequent trips to Scotland and her Scottish Castle Balmoral from the mid 1800s.
This chunky Scottish bracelet is set with Agates which are set into the detailed Silver gallery.
Agate is a strong mineral sometimes known as the earth rainbow for it’s patterned texture that shows varying colours the earth can produce.
The bracelet is decorated in a secure, engraved padlock.
A safety chain is also attached to the bracelet.
It is steeped in history, showing beautiful all round workmanship.
It truly looks wonderful worn.
