Shamrocks were a popular motif in the Victorian era and have long been a symbol of the Holy Trinity, one leaf for the Father, one for the Son and one for the Holy Spirit.
The shamrock is modelled in Yellow Gold and stamped with French hallmarks for 18ct Gold on the side of the catch.
A wonderful piece of history and highly collectable.
