This 18ct Gold and Silver Insect brooch is outstanding.

The insect is decorated in wonderful Diamonds, bright Emeralds and creamy Pearl in the centre.

Emerald derives its beautiful green colour from the presence of chromium and vanadium.

There are approx 1ct of old cut Diamonds in total across the piece.

Diamonds sparkle continuously and beautifully captivating the allure of natures beauty.

Pearls have a wonderful lustre with a rich creamy tone, they are lovely lustrous and natural.

Butterfly or insect jewellery is highly collectable and was a symbol of good luck to the wearer during the Victorian Era.

Made in the Victorian style.

The stones are set in Silver with an 18ct Yellow Gold belly.

Fitted with a secure pin and safety catch on the reverse.
