ART DECO MARCASITE SALAMANDER BROOCH STERLING SILVER CIRCA 1930
This beautiful Art Deco brooch has been commissioned in Sterling Silver to represent the shape of a salamander. The top of its body has been set with an array of glittering Marcasites with its legs and head having been engraved with lifelike detailing.
Marcasite was a popular stone in the Victorian era for its dazzling metallic sparkle that resembles a Black Diamond.
