ART DECO AQUAMARINE DIAMOND RING 14CT WHITE GOLD 35CT AQUA CIRCA 1930
A magnificent Art Deco cocktail ring adorned with a breath-taking emerald cut Aquamarine which is approx. 35ct and a lovely clear ocean blue colour with flashes of inner green.
Aquamarine is adored for its beautiful clear Ocean blue colour which complements most skin types. The stone was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids and was used as a token of happiness and good fortune.
The Aqua is claw set in a robust 14ct White Gold gallery with a fancy open-worked design and complemented by eight 0.05ct old cut Diamonds which chase down each shoulder.
Aquamarines of this calibre are highly sought after and this has to be one of the finest we have ever seen. It would make a stunning statement piece that certainly catches the eye.
We recommend you insure for £10,500. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
