ANTIQUE VICTORIAN SILVER BLISTER PEARL PENDANT NECKLACE CIRCA 1900
This fabulous antique Victorian Blister Pearl necklace is set in Sterling Silver, Circa 1900.
The lovely long necklace is adorned with 8 Baroque Pearls leading to a larger Blister Pearl pendant.
Baroque pearls are unique for their irregular non-spherical shape which are formed in freshwater mussels or saltwater Oysters.
Blister Pearls have a flat surface on one side with a rich creamy tone, they are lovely lustrous and natural.
Each Pearl is accompanied by a small white Paste stone which sparkle down the length of the necklace.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. They sparkle just like Diamonds, captivating the allure of natures beauty.
All set in Sterling Silver displaying beautiful all round workmanship.
