This beautiful Antique Victorian Scottish brooch has been commissioned in Silver and set with an array of colourful plaid Agate pieces. The silver work features wonderful scrolling engraving and the brooch takes on the form of a belt and buckle.
Scottish jewellery grew in popularity in the mid-1800s as Queen Victoria’s frequent trips to her Scottish Castle Balmoral saw her return with Scottish souvenirs and jewellery which influenced the trend in Britain.
