This adorable antique Victorian brooch depicts an owl perched on a 9ct Yellow Gold bar. The bird’s wings are crafted in textured Yellow Gold. Two bright green paste stones form the owl’s eyes.

Victorian jewellery mirrored Queen Victoria’s life with the ‘Romantic’ period producing decorative animal pieces such as owls, symbolising the monarch’s sentimental side.

This wonderful brooch is a tasteful and characterful piece, and extremely collectible in its original box with blue velvet interior.
