This fabulous 18ct Yellow Gold Victorian ring displays seven beautiful Almandine Garnets.
The ring is Circa 1880.
Almandine Garnet colours can range from red, reddish-orange and slightly purplish-red to dark, brownish-red. The unique deep red colour of Almandine is a direct result from the presence of iron. Almandine Garnets are the most desirable and valuable of Almandine stones.
