ANTIQUE GREEN WHITE PASTE SILVER PENDANT CIRCA 1900
This fabulous antique Victorian Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold pendant is adorned with lovely Paste Stones.
The central green Paste Stone is collet set in 9ct Gold with smaller white Pastes chasing around the outer gallery.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. They sparkle just like Diamonds, captivating the allure of natures beauty.
A fabulous faux Pearl dropper also hangs beautifully at the bottom of the pendant.
There is a tiny solder mark on the back of the loop though this is minimal wear for an item of it’s age.
All set in Sterling Silver, stamped with the old 925 hallmark and accompanied by another hallmark possibly French.
Purchased in London and steeped in history, Circa 1900.
Looks fabulous when worn, very eye catching.
Weighs 5.9 grams.
Measures 19mm across x 34mm down and 41mm including bale.
The central Paste measures 7mm across x 10mm down.
