This is a beautiful genuine Georgian cabochon Garnet dropper brooch which has the most stunning Georgian workmanship complimented with cut steel.

Circa 1780.

Stunning cabochon deep red wine Garnets.

Georgian Cut Steel adorn each Garnet, Cut steel was also known as black Diamonds during the Georgian era.

The reverse of this brooch is all mother of Pearl.
